Arrow Senior Living in Hilliard, OH is seeking a Memory Care Homemaker for part-time hours from 10:00am to 6:00pm. The role focuses on creating a warm, homelike environment for residents, joining a team that values compassion, teamwork, and resident quality of life.

You will assist with mealtime, snacks, and daily activities, while maintaining a tidy living space and engaging residents in meaningful experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• English reading/writing at least 8th grade level with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.

Responsibilities

• Keeper of the Home: create a welcoming, tidy, homelike atmosphere in memory care.
• Mealtime Maven: assist in dining room with family-style meals and guide residents to participate.
• Snack Specialist: ensure residents have snacks and hydration three times daily.
• Caring Connector: engage residents and provide meaningful experiences in the Neighborhood.
