Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year caregiving experience preferred.
• Maintain valid listing on NCNAR if CNA.
• Driver's license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and home management tasks under RN direction.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living and Instrumental ADLs.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Communicate client condition changes to the RN and maintain documentation.
