Job summary

NHC Place St. Peters Memory Care in St. Peters, MO is seeking an LPN or RN to serve as Director of Health Services. The role leads the Nursing Department, overseeing direction, coordination, and evaluation of care for neighbors.

The position requires prior Memory Care experience, a Missouri LPN or RN license, and leadership skills. Competitive full-time package with health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401(k) matching. EOE.

Qualifications

• Must have prior Memory Care experience.
• Missouri LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or RN (Registered Nurse) license required.
• Prior experience in a position with management and leadership responsibilities desired.

Responsibilities

• Incorporate Wellness philosophy, standards, and objectives into the evaluation process for staff in the Nursing Department.
• Complete and maintain individualized assessments and updates to ISP for all Neighbors.
• Interviews and hires employees based on the budget and community needs.
• Provides orientation and education programs for Nursing department and ensures staff can demonstrate the necessary abilities.
• Ensure Neighbor care interventions meet personal, physical and cognitive needs and maximize self-care, identity, choice, and social interaction.
