Job summary

Koelsch Communities is seeking a friendly receptionist for Meadowbrook memory care in Arlington, TX. This part-time role offers multiple shifts (2 days/week, 12:30PM - 7PM; rotating weekends, 8AM - 7PM) with starting pay at $15/hour.

Responsibilities include greeting residents and guests, answering phones, directing visitors, managing mail, and supporting office operations. Benefits and growth opportunities are available for full-time and some part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment.
• Must be drug free and submit to drug screening.
• Must pass a criminal background check as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones and directs calls accordingly.
• Greets and directs visitors to the community.
• Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.
• Provides callers with information such as community address and directions.
• Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail; maintains publications.
• Coordinates pick-up and delivery of express mail services.
• Assists in ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
• Assists with other related clerical duties such as copying, faxing, filing & collating.
• Other duties as assigned
