Job summary

StoryPoint Group is seeking a Life Enrichment Lead for our Hudson, OH senior living community. You will plan engaging life enrichment activities and serve as the expert for resident programming across the community.

The role requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on resident welfare and safety. Generous PTO and daily pay options are part of the benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum one to three years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holiday hours.
• Compassionate towards the senior population.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with team.

Responsibilities

• Actively support our 1440 culture and pillars.
• Assist the Life Enrichment Director with planning, communication, and execution of activities and life skills.
• Supports the Life Enrichment Director with administrative tasks as needed.
• Complete tasks while maintaining resident safety.
• Support setup, cleanup, and upkeep of activity areas and spaces.
• Support transportation by attending outings and coordinating administrative tasks.
• Uphold standards in the Employee Handbook.
• Provide direction to Life Enrichment support roles regarding daily activities.
• Support in absence of Life Enrichment Director.
