Ebenezer is seeking a Life Enrichment Director to design, implement, and evaluate engaging programs that promote the well-being of senior residents at Arbor Lane Memory Care in Burnsville, MN. The role includes leading Life Enrichment staff, coordinating volunteers, and planning community outings to enrich daily life.

You will assess resident interests, develop care plans, and ensure high engagement while maintaining safety and quality in activities across multiple care domains.

Qualifications

• Develops and evaluates life enrichment programs reflecting resident interests.
• Supervises Life Enrichment Assistants and coordinates volunteers.
• Coordinates transportation and community outings.
• Engages residents to promote psychosocial well-being.

Responsibilities

• Develops programs aligned with resident interests and needs.
• Assess interests, design activity care plans, track engagement.
• Ensure resident engagement and independence.
• Plan and coordinate activities and events.
• Order and manage supplies for activities.
• Encourage resident participation and socialization.
• Hire and supervise Life Enrichment Assistants.
• Coordinate with families and other facility staff.
• Develop and maintain volunteer program and relationships with local groups.
• Provide orientation for new residents and assess interests.
