Job summary

Ebenezer is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant II in Burnsville, MN to plan and implement leisure and social programs for seniors in an assisted living and memory care setting.

The role supports residents’ physical, social, and mental well-being, works a 48-hour biweekly schedule on day shifts, and includes rotating weekends. Prior memory care experience is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Memory Care knowledge and experience.
• Strong communication and social skills.
• Ability to interact compassionately with seniors.
• Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leisure programs, activities, exercise classes, and events for older adults in an assisted living residence.
• Encourage resident participation and monitor mood and physical status.
• Promote independence and socialization, engage residents, find common interests.
• Drive community bus/van and perform other duties as assigned by the Activities Director.
