You will collaborate across departments to plan events, manage supplies, and coordinate outings, while maintaining documentation and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

The role requires high school completion with First Aid/CPR and strong communication skills, plus experience with seniors. Some travel to other communities may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with First Aid/CPR certification.
• Experience working with seniors preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs daily programs aligned with guiding principles to support resident experiences.
• Develops and executes personalized schedules based on interests.
• Collaborates with Zest Department to create monthly calendars.
• Procures and maintains supplies including Creative Connection Kits.
• Plans Family Nights and other resident/family events.
• Maintains program documentation as requested by the Enliven Director.
• Coordinates with kitchen on food needs for events.
• Plans resident outings and arranges transportation as needed.
• Communicates resident changes and family concerns to the Enliven Director.
• Shares positive resident moments through proactive updates.
