Job summary

Morningside House Senior Living in Exton, PA is seeking a Memory Care Activities Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and lead engaging programs for residents with dementia. You will also assist with daily caregiving tasks and support the Memory Care Director while building meaningful relationships.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in activities planning or dementia care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in activities planning, senior living, dementia care, healthcare, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead daily activities for residents with dementia.
• Lead group and one-on-one engagement activities (games, music, crafts, exercise).
• Build meaningful relationships to encourage participation in activities.
