Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Director for our Kent, Ohio community. The role leads Memory Care team culture, develops and oversees memory care programs, and ensures high-quality resident care in a home‑like environment.

Ideal candidate has two+ years in dementia care with leadership experience, excellent English communication, and strong computer skills. This on-site role requires physical stamina and a commitment to safety and resident well‑being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience and knowledge related to dementia care or related field with transferable skills.
• Leadership experience as Director in a specialized dementia program is preferred.
• Read, write, understand and communicate in English with Residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for resident care.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
• Must be physically active; able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal clearance is required.

Responsabilités

• Be a Conductor of Culture: ensure Memory Care team embraces hospitality and professionalism per Arrow core values.
• Be a Talent Trainer: ensure adherence to standards, policies, and laws when onboarding and training team members.
• Be a Program Pioneer: implement and manage Memory Care programs to promote resident wellbeing.
• Be a Curator of Care: manage personalized care needs for memory care residents and family requests.
