Job summary

Bridge Senior Living in Huntsville is seeking a Memory Care Director for the Lilac Trace Department who must be an LPN. The role focuses on implementing the Meet Me Where I Am approach to Memory Care, maximizing resident care, and driving quality improvements.

You will recruit, train, and lead Lilac Trace staff, oversee programs, and collaborate with families to ensure open communication. Earn incentives, benefits, and a path for growth within a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Combination of education and/or experience in Memory Care, Dementia Care or Alzheimer’s.
• 2-3 years of experience programming in a Senior Living environment or similar.
• First Aid & CPR Certified.
• At least 3-5 years of related work experience as a Memory Care Director.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain an ongoing Quality Assurance program and provide plans of action to correct deficiencies.
• Actively plan, develop, and implement expansion and/or innovation in program services.
• Recruit, train, coach, counsel, and direct the staff in Lilac Trace.
• Communicate with Families and Residents of Lilac Trace to provide updates on issues and developments.
