Job summary

The Leonard On Beverly in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Memory Support Director to lead memory care for residents with dementia and related disorders. You will coordinate assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with hospital staff to ensure high-quality care and compliance with standards.

You will hire, train, and supervise staff, manage budgets, and promote a culture of excellence, compassion, and service in a dynamic memory care environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five to seven years of experience in senior living, healthcare, or related industry.
• Minimum two to three years of supervisory experience including staff training and budgeting.
• First Aid Certification and health clearances as required by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate memory care resident assessments and care plans per policies.
• Conduct interviews and observations to monitor health changes.
• Ensure continuity of the memory care regimen with nursing and resident services.
• Collaborate with departments to maximize resident quality of life.
• Act as resource and liaison for residents and families; obtain orders from physicians.
