Legend Senior Living is seeking an outstanding Memory Care Director to manage day-to-day operations of a memory care residence, including staff supervision and resident services, ensuring holistic care in a compassionate setting.

The role requires an active LPN license, CPR and First Aid certification, and prior supervisory experience in a senior living setting; evenings/weekends may be required with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Required: current state nursing license (LPN).
• Required: CPR certification.
• Required: First Aid certification.
• Required: previous supervisory experience in a senior living setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property management, personnel administration and resident services.
• Direct supervision of direct care staff, including hiring, training and coaching.
• Support department leaders with social histories, life enrichment programs and family meetings.
• Ensure operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS--Memory Care Director

We are looking for an outstanding individual to join the administration team as the Memory Care Director. You will support the day-to-day operations of an assigned Memory Care residence, including departmental function, property management and resident services. You will make a difference in the lives of families by ensuring their loved one receives excellent holistic care.

Responsibilities--Memory Care Director

• Assisting with the oversight of property management, personnel administration and resident services
• Providing direct supervision of all direct care staff, including hiring, training, staffing, coaching, and quality of service
• Supporting department leaders with social history assessments, life enrichment programs, and family meetings
• Ensuring operations adhere to all applicable laws and regulations
