Legend Senior Living® in Norman, OK seeks an outstanding Health Care Director to lead the nursing team and oversee clinical services, including resident medication management, service planning, and supervision of nursing staff. You will ensure residents receive excellent direct care and assist in maintaining high standards of quality.

The role requires an active RN/LPN license in Oklahoma, prior supervisory experience, and the ability to communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN nursing license in the state.
• Previous supervisory experience including management, coaching and health care services.
• Ability to read, speak, and write English clearly.
• Prior experience supervising direct care staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor medication management.
• Perform resident assessments.
• Provide leadership and guidance on health issues.
• Provide onsite medical care.
• Communicate changing medical needs to team and families.
• Champion high quality care and infection control.
• Verify physician orders.
• Communicate move-in/move-out information.
• Supervise ordering, delivery, transcription and documentation of medication and orders.

Requirements

• Required: Current LPN or RN nursing license in the state
