Job summary

Experience Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Server to join our caring team in Lone Tree, Colorado. You will provide attentive, person-centered dining service for residents living with memory loss, set tables, take orders, and support meal selections with dignity and respect.

You will collaborate with the Executive Chef and Wellness team to ensure proper nutrition and safety, attend pre-meal briefings, follow dietary instructions, and help create a warm, welcoming dining environment while

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and mathematical skills are required.
• Strong communication, listening, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in serving older adults living with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia.
• Experience in memory care or senior living is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, person-centered dining service for residents with memory loss.
• Learn resident routines and preferences, treating them with dignity.
• Use clear communication and cues to assist with meal choices.
• Work with Executive Chef and Wellness team to support nutrition and satisfaction.
• Set tables and prep dining room per ESL standards and accommodate adaptive equipment.
• Deliver meals accurately and verify resident identity and dietary instructions.
• Monitor residents for signs needing additional support and report promptly.
• Maintain dining environment safety and sanitation and protect resident privacy.
