Job summary

Koelsch Communities Creekside Inn is seeking a personable Culinary Aide to join the Culinary Department. This full-time role covers a day shift on SUN-WED, 9AM–6PM, with hourly pay between $18 and $19 based on experience.

You will serve meals, buss tables, maintain dining and kitchen cleanliness, and help residents select food and beverages. Benefits include comprehensive insurance, paid vacation/sick leave/holidays, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• A food handler's card is required.
• Basic math skills are expected.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be drug-free and pass a background check on hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining room tables and ensure dining room cleanliness.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Assist residents in selecting food and beverages by presenting menus and specials.
• Bus dirty dishes and refill residents’ beverages.
• Interact with residents in a courteous, empathetic, and cooperative manner.
• Maintain grooming and a clean uniform at all times.
• Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor.
• Assist with special events as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
