Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within onboarding.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence per individualized care plans.
• Document changes and communicate with families and care teams.
• Engage residents through conversation and activities; support dining services.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment; enhance memory care through enriching experiences.
