Job summary

Inlet Coastal Resort is seeking a Memory Care Coordinator to lead and manage health and wellness for memory care residents in our community. You will oversee scheduling, training, and supervision of Resident Services staff, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

The role requires SC-licensed LPN/RN, memory care experience, and strong leadership. Candidates must be flexible to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as needed, to support resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Must hold SC licensure as LPN or RN.
• Minimum 2–3 years as Wellness Coordinator or similar role.
• At least 3 years in a management role.
• Working knowledge of SC DHEC regulations.
• Memory Care and Assisted Living experience required.
• Minimum certification to administer medications.
• Drug testing and background check required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Quality assurance and regulatory compliance for resident health and wellness.
• Coordinate health needs, medication programs, ISPs, and ancillary services.
• Oversee medication programs and staff training.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training the clinical team.
• Complete clinical staffing within assisted living.

Job description

Our Assisted Living and Memory Care community is currently seeking a Memory Care Coordinator to provide overall leadership and management of the health and well-being of the memory care residents. The Memory Care Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day implementation, delivery, and coordination of Memory Care services at the community – including scheduling, training, and managing of all Resident Services staff.

Responsibilities for the Memory Care Coordinator, include but are not limited to:

• Quality assurance, regulatory compliance, coordination of resident’s health and wellness needs, medication program management and resident assessments, Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and ancillary health services.
• Responsible for overseeing the medication programs.
• Assist in the recruiting, hiring, and training of the clinical team.
• Completing clinical staffing within assisted living.
• Responsible for leadership, including engagement, performance management, and evaluations.

Qualifications:

• LPN or RN license - must be licensed in SC
• A minimum of two (3) years experience as a Wellness Coordinator, or similar role.
• A minimum of 3 three years in a management role
• Possess a working knowledge of SC DHEC regulations.
• Memory Care and Assisted Living experience is required
• Minimum certification to administer medications.
• Demonstration of competence in assessment skills, medication administration and triage.
• Strong leadership skill and time-management skills.
• Completion of drug testing and criminal background check upon hire and upon request of supervisor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
