Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required, food safety certifications preferred.
• Experience with kitchen safety, sanitation, and menu preparation desired.
• Ability to follow policies, procedures and dietary requests precisely.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare all food items per planned menus and recipes, ensuring quality and nutrition.
• Maintain proper portion sizes, garnishing, and food presentation.
• Ensure HACCP standards and regulatory compliance in daily operations.
• Support Dining Services leadership with menu changes and substitutions.
• Keep workstation clean, organized, and compliant with policies.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report maintenance needs.
