The Bristal at Englewood is seeking a friendly Memory Care Concierge to greet residents and guests at the front desk in a part-time weekend-evening schedule. You will deliver hospitality with a high level of service, support residents and families, and coordinate routine front-desk tasks with care and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School or better required.
• Associates or better preferred.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Experience with MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answering and redirecting incoming calls with professionalism and positivity.
• Taking accurate messages and responding to residents.
• Greeting visitors warmly and completing information cards.
• Responding to inquiries from residents, guests and staff in a timely manner.
• Handling emergencies promptly.
• Keeping front desk logs accurate and up to date.
• Performing basic computer data entry as needed.
