Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking compassionate caregivers for the Memory Care Program in Colorado Springs. The role emphasizes assisting residents with activities of daily living, leading activities, and ensuring dignity and quality of life.

Required are English proficiency and basic computer skills; a CNA/CHHA license may be required depending on state. A caring, engaging, and independent approach is essential in this team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with seniors with dementia is preferred.
• English proficiency to communicate and respond to emergencies.
• Basic computer skills with Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide kind, caring companionship and support to memory care residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living to promote independence.
• Lead and participate in one-on-one and group activities.
• Assist with mealtime and basic memory care housekeeping tasks.
• Address resident/family/employee concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a positive demeanor toward residents and co-workers.
