Job summary

Silverado North Shore is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide hands-on support for residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia and memory impairment. You will help with daily living activities, build meaningful relationships, and ensure a respectful, engaging environment.

This full-time role includes a Thursday–Monday NOC shift, with anticipated pay range of $16–$20 USD per hour, and benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required).
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs).
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
