Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and memory care activities.
• Apply memory care techniques to stimulate cognition.
• Report incidents and changes in resident health to Health Services Director.
• Assist with grooming, meals, and feeding; verify resident identity before service.
• Maintain accurate resident documentation and charting; update alerts as needed.
