Tallgrass Healthcare Campus in Junction City, KS is seeking a dedicated Memory Care Certified Nurse Aide (CNA). You’ll provide compassionate, individualized care to memory care residents, support families, and work with a supportive nursing leadership team to maintain a calm, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in memory care is required.
• Current Kansas CNA certification is required.
• Current CPR for Health Care Providers is required.
• Reliable, team-oriented, compassionate mindset is essential.
• Strong time management skills are expected.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents using individualized care plans with dignity and compassion.
• Support memory care residents with patience and understanding.
• Create a warm, calm environment each shift.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership and share input.
• Treat residents and families with professionalism and respect.
