Job summary

Western States Lodging & Management is seeking a Memory Care CNA to join our senior living team at Legacy Village of St. George. You will provide compassionate, resident-centered care, assist with daily activities, and support the nursing team in a safe, welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes dignity, independence, and quality of life for residents, with opportunities for growth through our compensation program and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; candidates working toward diploma may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, toileting).
• Provide resident-centered care promoting dignity, independence and quality of life.
• Assist with ambulation, mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper body mechanics.
• Take and report vital signs and communicate changes to the nursing team.
• Assist with medications as permitted by training and state regulations.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident rooms and care areas.
