John Knox Village in Lee's Summit, MO is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Memory Care. You will provide direct resident care, assist with ADLs, and follow facility policies. This role supports PRIDE values and requires completion of training hours per policy.

The position is schedule Mon/Tues/Wed/Thu/Sat-Sun/Tues/Wed/Thu/Fri, 3p-11p, with a $18.00/hour minimum. MO KS CNA certification as applicable, CPR preferred, and valid driver's license are required.

Formación

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• MO CNA certification required if working in MO; KS CNA and Home Health Aide certification required if working in KS
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license

Responsabilidades

• Provides personal care to residents, assisting with ADLs and duties within scope of practice.
• Accurately checks and records temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures.
• Ensures residents are clean, dry and comfortable.
• Reports resident information to supervising nurse or manager in a timely fashion.
• Records information on charting forms and documents nursing care as required.
• May perform custodial, housekeeping, food service duties and wheelchair escort as necessary.
• Assist residents with eating when necessary.
• Participate in case conferences related to residents’ goals and care.
