Job summary

Village Care Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to support a memory care unit. You will provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, and maintain accurate records under the supervision of a nurse or manager.

The role requires basic computer skills, strong time management, and the ability to work independently while following facility policies. CPR is preferred, with a valid driving license, and MO/KS CNA certifications as applicable.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• MO CNA certification required if working in MO; KS CNA and Home Health aide certification required if working in KS.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care to residents, assisting with ADLs.
• Record vitals and weights, chart accurately and timely.
• Maintain cleanliness and comfort of residents.
• Report information to supervising nurse/manager promptly.
• Perform documentation of nursing care as required by Village and state rules.
• Assist with meals and participate in care planning conferences.
