Job summary

Morning Pointe Senior Living is seeking a Resident Assistant/CNA for Memory Care in Kentucky. The role focuses on assisting residents with daily living activities, bathing, grooming, and meal support in a compassionate, dignified environment.

Ideal candidates will have a can-do attitude, reliable transportation, and the ability to stand for long periods. Flexible shifts and opportunities for professional growth are offered within a team-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills
• The ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• At least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Providing assistance with activities of daily living to meet the resident's physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs with respect and dignity
• This may include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, perineal care, laundry, bed making, and other duties of care
• Assist residents with meals and snacks
• Assist with setup, service and feeding if necessary
• Housekeeping duties as necessary
