Job summary

Morning Pointe Memory Care in Spring Hill, TN is seeking a Part-Time Resident Assistant/CNA for the 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shift with rotating weekends to support memory care residents. You will help residents with daily living activities and maintain a caring, dignified environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Comfort with memory care duties and resident assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to meet physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals and mobility as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive living environment for residents.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver quality care and respond to resident needs.

Resident Assistants/CNAs Are Expected To Accomplish Tasks Outside Of Their Normal Assignments Whenever Necessary To Maintain a Quality Care Environment For Our Residents. As Part Of a Team-oriented Workplace, Resident Assistants Participate In Training Opportunities And Offer Help To Other Areas And Staff In Need. The Typical Work Of a Resident Assistant Can Include

• Providing assistance with activities of daily living to meet the resident's physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs with respect and dignity
• This may include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, perineal care, laundry, bed making, and other duties of care
• Assist residents with meals and snacks
• Assist with setup, service and feeding if necessary
