Job summary

The Laurel at Vernon Hills Memory Care in Vernon Hills, IL is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide high-quality care to residents in a memory care setting. Qualifications

• Must have Illinois-approved CNA certification and CPR certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Age 18+.
• Experience in senior living/memory care preferred.
• Ability to stay on feet and move quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care per service plans (bathing, grooming, dressing, meals).
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility.
• Complete shift-to-shift reports and maintain ADL binder.
• Maintain privacy, dignity and infection control.
• Complete required training on hire and annually.
• Document accurately and timely.
