• IL State approved CNA Certification is required.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living.
• Complete resident rounds and report issues to the Nurse on duty.
• Receive shift report and document care in ADL binder.
• Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, feeding).
• Maintain privacy, respect, and dignity for residents.
• Follow infection control procedures and safety standards.
• Complete required training on hire and annually.
