Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Licensing: Valid Oklahoma Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in healthcare administration, with skilled nursing/long-term care exposure.
• Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse healthcare team.
• Financial: Strong budgeting and healthcare reimbursement knowledge.
• Regulatory: Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Manage and supervise all aspects of the facility’s operations, including staff management, resident care, and facility maintenance.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with CMS, state health departments, and local regulations.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and evaluate staff; address personnel issues as needed.
• Financial Management: Oversee budget, expenses, revenue, and financial reporting.
• Quality Assurance: Develop improvement programs to enhance resident care and operations.
• Resident Care & Planning: Monitor care quality and support strategic growth initiatives.
