Qualifications

• Must be drug-free and pass a drug screening on hire.
• CPR/First-Aid certification as required by policy and state rules.
• Must pass a criminal background check on hire and as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring and mobility.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activities while providing personal care.
• Respond promptly to care requests and obtain assistance as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for residents.
• Observe resident rights at all times and report changes to a licensed nurse.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
