Koelsch Communities’ Deer Ridge memory care is hiring a Caregiver to join our Resident Services Department on a full-time basis. Earn $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience, with multiple shifts available and open availability.

Qualifications

• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening on hire.
• Must be able to gain CPR/First-Aid certification as needed per company policy and state rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, mobility).
• Engage residents in conversation and activities.
• Respond promptly to resident needs for care and obtain assistance as necessary.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Respect resident rights at all times.
• Observe for changes in condition and report to a licensed nurse.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
