Job summary

Lakeview Personal Care is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our Resident Services team at our Bloomingdale, IL memory care community. The role is part-time with night shifts (11PM–7AM, every other weekend) and competitive hourly pay between $38 and $41, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Current registration as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Illinois.
• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire.
• Must pass a criminal background check as required by state regulations.
• Ability to gain CPR/First-Aid certification as needed per policy and regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-invasive resident care and treatments.
• Administer medications and assist residents as needed.
• Assess resident needs and document nursing actions in the charting system.
• Maintain standards of nursing conduct and practice.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision.
