The Springs Living is seeking compassionate Memory Care caregivers for full-time work in Eugene, Oregon. You will support residents with daily routines, reinforce personal care plans, respond to call lights, and provide warmth and companionship.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred, but training is provided.
• Ability to pass a criminal background and drug test.
• Love for seniors and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily routines as indicated in service plans.
• Care for residents by assisting them with bathing, dressing or grooming.
• Provide warmth, companionship and patience to residents.
• Collaborate on developing and revising service plans, inform supervisor of needs.
• Answer pages and call lights.
