Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on care for seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will support daily living activities, promote social engagement, and maintain accurate care records while prioritizing resident safety and comfort.

The ideal candidate is reliable, empathetic, and collaborative, with a willingness to learn. CNAs are welcome to apply; no license is required for this Caregiver role, and the position emphasizes

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Experience as a caregiver or relevant training.
• Able to use company-issued devices (tablets, smartphones, laptops).
• Willing to learn new software/tools as required.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Attendance reliability is essential for operations.
• Post-offer screenings including background check and TB testing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living for assigned seniors.
• Promote socialization and encourage participation in activities while ensuring safety.
• Document and report changes to supervisors promptly.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in every interaction.
