Job summary

Belmont Village Johns Creek is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide hands-on care for seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will support daily living activities, promote participation in activities, and maintain safety and well-being for residents.

Experience as a caregiver or relevant training is welcomed; CNA is not required. Join us in a fast-paced, empathetic environment focused on hospitality and thriving aging.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing safety and well‑being.
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services; report changes to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands‑on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Make hospitality and resident satisfaction a top priority in every interaction.
