Belmont Village Senior Living in Suwanee, GA is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will provide hands-on assistance with daily activities, maintain safety, and uphold hospitality standards to help residents thrive as they age.

Ideal candidates are reliable, empathetic, and able to work a fast-paced, physically active shift on the 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) with every other weekend; CNAs welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance to support community operations.

Responsabilités

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing safety.
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and report changes to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Make hospitality and resident satisfaction a top priority in every interaction.
