Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a caregiver to provide hands-on care for seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. The ideal candidate is reliable, compassionate, and thrives in a fast-paced, physically active environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community.
• All offers of employment are contingent upon completion of applicable post-offer pre-employment screenings, which may include a job-related background check, drug screening, physical examination, and TB testing, consistent with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and activities of daily living for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing safety and well-being.
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services provided.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Make hospitality and resident satisfaction a top priority in every interaction.
