Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Care Provider for Memory Care at Ivy Park in Culver City, CA. This full-time and part-time role supports residents with daily living activities across 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am shifts.

The position offers comprehensive benefits and requires a compassionate approach to senior care. Candidates must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and complete background/health screenings.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including TB tests.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond to residents' needs promptly while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Communicate any observed changes in condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with coworkers and departments.
