Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Care Provider for Ivy Living in Santa Monica. This part-time role supports residents with daily living activities, ensuring dignity, safety, and compassionate care on a 6 a.m.–2 p.m. schedule Fridays and Saturdays. Training is provided, and a passion for elder care is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living per care plan.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while preserving dignity and safety.
• Notify supervisor of any observed changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Promote teamwork and cooperation across departments.
