Freedom Pointe at the Villages is seeking Caregivers to assist residents in an Assisted Living/Memory Care setting. Base pay starts at $15.00/hour with additional shift differentials for 3pm-11pm (+$3), 11pm-7am (+$4), and weekend shifts (+$5). Actual salary may vary by skills and experience.

The role supports licensed nursing staff with activities of daily living, with opportunities for daily pay through DailyPay, training, benefits, and career advancement in a hospitality‑driven culture.

Qualifications

• Geriatric care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting, and exercising.
• Transfer, transport, and escort residents as needed.
• Answer signal lights promptly.
• Change bed linens, make beds and keep rooms clean and orderly.
