Job summary

Freedom Pointe at The Villages seeks an Activity Assistant to support planning and coordinating a variety of activities for residents, including reality orientation, current events, and cultural events. You will help create engaging programming, lead groups, and conduct one-to-one visits to foster a vibrant community.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma and preferred experience in licensed health care activity programs; a background in music, art, drama, and dance therapy is a plus.

Qualifications

• One year experience in a social or recreational program in a licensed health care setting preferred.

The Activity Assistant payrate is $17.00 an hour. **Actual salary may fall outside of the posted salary range as it is dependent on skills and experience.
