Job summary

Regency on Whidbey seeks compassionate caregivers for its Memory Care Unit on Whidbey Island. You will provide personal care, medication assistance, and support for daily living activities, while helping with meals, laundry, and activities to enrich resident well-being.

This on-site role offers a shift differential and requires English communication, teamwork, and adherence to infection control guidelines to maintain a safe, home-like environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Provides compassionate personal care and assistance in daily living activities.
• Requires ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Must relate positively with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provides resident services including bathing, grooming, medication assistance, and ADL support.
• Assists with meals, housekeeping, laundry, and social activities in Memory Care.
• Maintains clean, safe environment and follows infection control procedures.
• Coordinates with supervisor, completes task sheets, and documents changes in resident condition.
