Silverado Franklin is seeking compassionate Caregivers to support residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and memory-impairing conditions. This role blends empathy, reliability, and relationship-building to create meaningful moments each day.

You lead with heart, patience, and integrity. We offer paid training, strong internal mobility, and a path for growth within a memory care leader. Schedule: Full Time, NOC shift (Thu–Sat).

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required).
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
