Job summary

Silverado St. Charles is hiring Caregivers to support residents with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and memory impairments, delivering compassionate daily care and building meaningful relationships. This full-time role includes night shifts (NOC) and requires reliability, empathy, and teamwork.

Anticipated pay ranges from $19 to $21 per hour, with comprehensive benefits. You will assist with activities of daily living, maintain care records, and report changes to the nursing team while fostering

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s/dementia or memory impairments preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
