Silverado St. Charles is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with memory impairments and Alzheimer’s care. This role blends clinical tasks with meaningful daily interactions to enhance comfort, dignity, and joy for residents.

You will assist with activities of daily living, document care, and work closely with the nursing team in a compassionate, team‑oriented environment. Full-time AM shift, weekend options available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• CNA Training Completion with a valid CNA certificate number required.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required).
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.).

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other memory impairments.
• Support residents in activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, dining, etc.).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and your Silverado team.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
