Gallaher Signature Living is seeking a full-time Caregiver in Assisted Living to join our compassionate team in Moorpark, CA. You will assist residents with daily activities, provide companionship, and support a dignified, independent lifestyle in an elegant setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, CPR/First Aid preferred, and a mindset of hospitality and teamwork. This role emphasizes safety, respect, and exceptional resident experiences daily.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Service-oriented, compassionate, and team-focused approach
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Willingness to learn and adhere to Title 22 guidelines

Responsabilités

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and continence care
• Support mobility and transfers using walkers, wheelchairs, and gait belts
• Assist with mealtime service and dining experience
• Respond promptly to call systems and resident requests to ensure safety and comfort
• Document changes in residents' condition and report to supervisors
• Provide light housekeeping related to resident care and living spaces
• Encourage participation in personal living space maintenance to support independence
• Offer warm companionship and engage residents in conversations and activities
• Promote community involvement and a respectful atmosphere
• Adhere to community policies, infection control, and confidentiality
