Job summary

Westmont of Culver City is seeking a compassionate CAREGIVER to support residents with daily living activities in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will assist with ADLs, meals, laundry, mobility, and personal care in a homelike setting.

Qualifications

• Assisting residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping, meals, laundry, showers, dressing and transfers.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for all residents.
• Observe residents for changes and report to supervisor promptly.
• Criminal background clearance is required prior to starting.
• Health screening including TB and drug testing is required.
• First aid certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Keep the resident areas clean and safe.
• Monitor safety and communicate changes to the supervisor.
